Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply prepare hand-rolled sushi while enjoying motion of hand- rolling of sushi without making hands dirty.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a base bottom part 1, end walls 2, side plates 3 and an upper plate 4 contacting with the bottom, the end face, the side faces and upper face of rice part of hand-rolled sushi is formed in a state erected to the base part 1, and other pressing part is bendably formed so that other pressing part presses the boiled rice on the base bottom part 1 to form boiled rice part having arbitrary shape when the palm of hand is gripped.
