To avoid contaminating or damaging a measuring element arranged in a measuring passage by a simple method even if liquid particles and/or solid particles reach into the measuring passage.
One passage structure is formed in a member 6. The passage structure has inlet regions 27 for allowing a partial flow of a flowing medium to flow into the passage structure, and at least one measuring passages 30 branching from the inlet regions 27. The measuring passage 30 is equipped with an outlet opening 34 opening toward an external room of the member 6, and the inlet regions 27 have a separation zone 28. The separation zone 28 has a separation port 33 opening toward the external room on a first sidewall 17 of the member 6, and a second sidewall 20 positioned on the opposite side of the first sidewall of the separation zone 28, is formed into closed condition.
