By using a cell phone T, the contractor temporarily registers the contents of the insurances (car insurance, indemnity insurance, leisure insurance) expected to be contracted in the contract information processing device S for a specified period in correspondence with the identification information thereof. When the contents of the temporarily registered insurances are validated, the contractor transmits the request for validation of the contract including the identification information to the contract information processing device S. The contract information processing device S, when accepting the request for validation of the contract, generates the contract data for validating, later, a part or all of the contents of the insurance specified by the identification information included in the request.
