Abstract:

To provide a simplified and inexpensive lubrication system capable of being operated by a method of high cost efficiency in various kinds of equipment.

A device includes: a nozzle 150 for distributing a mixture of a cooling compression gas and a lubricant. An internal lubricant pipe 142 carries the lubricant from a lubricant supply source to the nozzle by siphon action. A conduit surrounds the internal lubricant pipe, and carries the cooling compression gas from a supply source of the cooling compression gas to the nozzle. The nozzle includes: a nozzle gas hole 156 for receiving the compression gas from the conduit; and a nozzle lubricant hole 157 for receiving the lubricant from the internal lubricant pipe. These holes are intersected at a joining portion 159, so that the mixture of the cooling compression gas and the lubricant is manufactured there. The mixture is preferably distributed as an atomized mist of the cooling lubricant through an opening portion 152 of the nozzle.
