Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recording/reproducing an information recording medium, capable of easily performing various managements for rental fees, and electronic library lending/returning according to access situations.
SOLUTION: Access information on an access date, the number of pages and fees with respect to main information processed by an access information processing part 34B is recorded in the second UTOC area of a disk 12. The main information is stored in a buffer memory 34A, and output to a display device 40 or an I/F 44 after the recording of the access information. The access information recorded in the disk 12 is output during the disk management of fee claims or the like at a rental shop, and edited by the access information editing part 50A of a host computer 50. Thus, a fee is charged according to an access situation. The access information is stored in a host memory 50B, and statistically processed.
