PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device for segments capable of having the smooth inside of each segment to further tighten up and facilitating the tightening work.
SOLUTION: In the joint device of the adjoining segments connected to each other with male/ female joints, the female joint (5A) is equipped with a female joint case (35) having an opening in an alignment face side and a nut(36) set in the case, the male joint (4A) is equipped with a male joint case (31) having an opening in the alignment face side, a worm wheel (33) rotated with a worm gear (37) rotatably supported in the case, a joint bolt (32) engaged in the rotational direction in a movable manner in the direction of the axis of the worm wheel and an elastic means (34) energizing the joint bolt (32) in the direction of the female direction. The joint bolt (32) forms a joint screw section (32b) engaged with the nut (36) of the female joint in the opening side, and a reaction force plate (32c) receiving reaction force of the elastic means is formed in the end section on an opposite opening side.
