A pressing die 22 for pressing a cylinder part 13 to form a caulking part is provide with a working surface part 24 butting on the cylinder part 13 and plastically deforming the cylinder part 13 radial direction outward. A pressing surface part 25 butting on an inner end surface 16 of an inner ring 3 with accompanying progress of plastic deformation and pressing the inner end surface 16 of the inner ring 3 in an axial direction is provided at a radial direction outer side of the working surface part 24. When the caulking part is formed, the pressing surface part 25 is butted on the inner end surface 16 of the inner ring 3 in accompanied with progress of plastic deformation and presses the inner ring in the axial direction to form the caulking part.
