To improve production efficiency by reducing the operation stopping time of a device due to the inferior shape of components for insert molding, in manufacturing an insert molded article.
The insert molded article is manufactured in the following steps for: arranging a component for insert molding on a component feeding table; sucking the back surface of the component which is a surface for the component to be arranged onto the component feeding table, and conforming component determining process that is, the component for which a suction pressure reaches a threshold limit value, is determined as a conformed one; sucking and holding the face surface side of only the component determined as conformed one by the conforming component determining process by a robot arm, and taking out the component from the component feeding table; arranging the component kept sucked and held by the robot arm at an arrangement part for an insert member inside a mold; and manufacturing an insert molded object formed integrally of a resin and the component by injecting the resin into the mold.
