Abstract:

To provide a device for mass production of carbon nanotubes.

The device has a movable heater (30) for heating a plurality of reaction chambers (20), whose reaction stages are different from each other, to the temperature necessary for each of the chambers. The heater moves so as to simultaneously heat the plurality of reaction chambers at the temperatures corresponding to proceeding of the reactions in the chambers. As one embodiment, the heater has a low temperature zone, a reaction zone, and a cooling zone. In the reaction chambers respectively adjacent to the low temperature zone, the reaction zone, and the cooling zone, a preheating process, a reaction process, and a cooling process are simultaneously performed.
