To provide a device and a method for supplying ink in a printing machine, capable of improving the performance of the printing machine by stabilizing the color tone or the density of a printed article during printing.
The device for supplying ink in a printing machine 50 is provided with an ink source roller 12, an ink supply source 11 for supplying ink to the ink source roller 12, a plurality of ink rollers 14a to 14i for forming an ink conveying path 14 for the ink supplied from the ink supply source 11, with the ink source roller 12, an ink dropping member 20 where dropped ink 26 is formed by sticking and depositing of ink mist generated from the ink conveying path 14, and an ink returning means 10 for forcibly returning the dropped ink 26 formed in the ink dropping member 20 to the ink conveying path 14.
