A driving apparatus 20 for supporting and driving the body H to be formed is installed on a swiveling table 32 of a swiveling apparatus 30 and the driving apparatus 20 is swiveled around a central axis 33 by the swiveling apparatus 30. Thereby, the body H is swiveled and moved between two or more operating stations 10 arranged at its periphery while the body H is being held by the driving apparatus 20 and the body H is arranged in order at the predetermined operating stations 10 and the tire constituting members are successively attached thereto by an assembling apparatus 11. Electric power and air are supplied to the driving apparatus 20 by connection or joining. Alternatively, respective means for transmitting driving force are provided detachably to the driving apparatus 20 and when swiveling, connection or joining of respective means to the driving apparatus 20 is released.
