PURPOSE: To securely prevent the reversal motion of a filter disc to raise the safety of a device for ophthalmic use, and to improve the image quality of a microscope, by composing a stopper means of a noise eliminating member, a supporting member for the noise eliminating member and a cushioning member for absorbing shock, reached to the supporting member through the noise eliminating member.

CONSTITUTION: A noise eliminating member 50 supported with a supporting column 49 abuts on a gapped part 44b or the other gapped part 44c of a filter disc 44 to restrict the reciprocating rotary motion of the filter disc 44 for an angle of 90 degrees, and absorbs the shock of contact for eliminating the noise of contact. The left side part of a movable plate 46 is vertically bent to be facing a lower case, a cushioning member 48 is sandwiched between the left side part and the lower case, and the movable plate 46 is structured as it can be slightly moved by the elastic deformation of the cushioning member 48 so as to absorb the shock which is generated by contact of the noise eliminating member 50 with the gapped part 44b or 44c and transmitted from the noise eliminating member 50 to the movable plate 46 through the supporting column 49. In this way, the noise eliminating member 50, the supporting column 49, the movable plate 46, a movable shaft 47 and the cushioning member 48 form a stopper means which restricts the rotating angle of the disc 44.
