Abstract:
To provide a device for producing a sheet material capable of preventing a tip of an original fabric 1 from colliding with a rear end of a sheet material 2 due to a deviation in timing and a speed of delivering the original fabric 1 and conveying the sheet material 2.SOLUTION: In a device for producing a sheet material, a conveying part 13 for conveying a sheet material 2 after separated along a feeding direction of an original fabric 1 has a suction pad 31. The suction pad 31 sucks a tip part of the original fabric 1 together with the sheet material 2 to support the tip part of the original fabric 1 in feeding the original fabric 1. A suction surface 43 for the original fabric of the suction pad 31 is a tapered recess and forms a step difference 44 with a suction surface 41 for the sheet material. A position of a tip 1a of the original fabric 1 sucked on the suction surface 43 for the original fabric in a thickness direction is different from a position of a rear end 2a of the sheet material 2 sucked on the suction surface 41 for the sheet material in a thickness direction, and therefore both do not collide even if a difference in the speed and the like between feeding and conveying is present.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
