Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean filter candles every group by housing filter modules consisting of the filter candles and formed in plural stages up and down in a filter vessel and dividing the module into filter segments whose gas side surfaces are separated from each other.
SOLUTION: A filter vessel 10 has an untreated gas inlet connecting pipe 1 in the central part of a cover 27, and has an outlet connecting pipe 17 for discharging dust in the lower part of the vessel. In the vessel 10, filter modules 3-5 each consisting of a distributor 2, filter candles 6 standing on straight support collectors 7 at open ends thereof, and a clean gas collecting conduit 8 passing through the wall part of the vessel 10 and communicating with the outside are arranged in multiple stages up and down. The modules 3-5 each are divided into plural fan-shape filter segments, and the collectors 7 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the centerline of the segment. The collecting conduit 8 is arranged along the symmetric axis of the segment, and to both ends thereof, the collector 7 are connected.
