To provide a device for regenerating a die release agent with which a used release agent is regenerated into a practically reusable state.
A release agent waste solution produced by applying the release agent onto dies and the original solution of the release agent or release agent thinner are mixed to prepare the release agent regeneration solution having a preset concentration. On the other hand, the original solution of the release agent and the release agent thinner are mixed at a preset ratio to prepare a new release agent solution. Then, the release agent regeneration solution and the new release agent solution are mixed to prepare the mixed release agent solution useable as the release agent. In such a way, the release agent component in the release agent waste solution destroyed by the heat from the die can be supplemented by mixing the new release agent solution into the release agent waste solution. Further, the mixed release agent solution which can demonstrate sufficient functions as the release agent can be prepared without hurting the function as the release agent which the new release agent solution has by mixing the release agent waste solution with the new release agent solution after adjusting the release agent waste solution to the preset concentration.
