To provide a spray position alignment tool for a release agent spraying device in which the position alignment of the spray direction of each spray nozzle arranged in great numbers in the release agent spraying device can be executed easily and properly corresponding to the cavity shape of a die, and moreover, in a short time without requiring experience and skills of an operator, and miniaturization can be realized within the range of not violating the consumer goods safety law as a tool provided with a laser oscillator as a light beam emitting source, as a result, which can be easily applied to a small-sized die having a narrow distance between a fixed die and a movable die.
The position alignment of the spray direction of the spray nozzle is executed as follows. A light beam irradiation unit 1 has a light beam irradiation port 11 on one end side and an attachment part 12, which is mounted at the tip part B' of the spray nozzle B, on the other end side. An operation grip 2 is projected in a cross state to the light beam irradiation unit 1. The light beam irradiation unit is operated while holding the operation grip 2 in a state of mounting the attachment part 12 of the light beam irradiation unit to the tip part B' of the spray nozzle B. The irradiation direction of the light beam L to be irradiated from the light beam irradiation port is directed to a desired spray application position.
