Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to cut a pipe by a remote control without a worker's approach to the pipe.
SOLUTION: A pipe holding means 3 for holding a pipe 2, a plasma torch 4, and a rotary drive means 5 for rotating the plasma torch 4 in the peripheral direction of the pipe 2 are arranged on a main body frame 1. By holding the pipe 2 by the pipe holding means 3 and by rotating the plasma torch 4 by the rotary drive means 5 in the peripheral direction of the pipe 2, the pipe 2 is cut by a remote control.
