Abstract:

To provide a securing device which keeps a mounting plate in position with respect to a snow board and is able to vary the position of the mounting plate to the snow board in its longitudinal and transverse directions.

The securing device comprises a base 10, a second disc 22 and a securing means 40. The base 10 is provided with a hole 8 having teeth 6 formed on the rim of the base 10 and accommodating a first disc 2 having teeth 4 on a periphery of the lower surface of the first disc 2 to be meshed with the teeth 6. The second disc 22 can be placed upon the first disc 2. Slots 14, 24 are provided in the center of the first disc 2 and the second disc 22 each in such a way that the slots are positioned perpendicularly to each other. The discs 2 and 22 are fastened together via a member 36 slidable along the slots. The discs 2 and 22 are locked rotatably around the member 36. A securing means 40 piercing the discs 2 and 22 holds the base 10 securely to the snow board.
