Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for shaping a bread confection product, enabling to utilize residues, because a process for winding up the product is optimized and because the removal of the residues is not necessary. SOLUTION: A device 10 for winding up the dough sheet (S) of a bread confection product has a simplified structure and an optimized efficiency, and is provided with a pair of shaping rollers 17, 19 disposed so as to cross the forward movement (A) direction of the dough sheet. The rotation axes R1, R2 are substantially parallel to a surface 12 controlling a first shaping surface 18 on which the dough sheet S is carried. The pair of the shaping rollers 17, 19 are placed at short distances from the carrying surface 12 so as to raise the dough sheet S. The device is provided with a second shaping surface 20 approximately tangential to the first shaping surface 18. The second shaping roller 19 is disposed so as to control a winding space 21 having a lateral size approximately comparable with the lateral size of the bread confection product.
