Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it less apt to develop a faulty molding such as the breakage, wrinkle or the like in an in-wall decorating sheet by a method wherein an locally large strain develops in a product area and the difference in the thickness between a thick portion and a thin portion is made smaller.
SOLUTION: The parting face of a female mold 20 is at its outermost peripheral part and includes an outer peripheral parting face 41, between which and a clamper 24 an in-mold decorating sheet S is pinched so as to be fixingly held, and an inner peripheral parting face 42, which is formed on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral parting face 41 and, which is recessed to the outer peripheral side from the face connecting rectilinearly the inner peripheral edge J of the outer peripheral parting face 41 with the starting edge K of a cavity surface 22.
