This device 70 for stretching up the skin of the wearer's face comprises: a comb part 72 which is attached to the wearer's head by being inserted into his/her hair; expandable/contractible elastic band pieces 74a and 74a which are extended out from both the longitudinal ends of the comb part 72; and sticking pieces 16 and 16 each having an adhesive face 28 on one side which are detachably attached to the pieces 74a and 74a and the adhesive surfaces of which are provided on one-side surfaces, respectively. The comb part 72 is attached to his/her head, and the sticking pieces 16 and 16 are stuck on the required regions of his/her face in a state in which the pieces 74a and 74a are stretched against an elastic force. Thus, the sticking pieces 16 and 16 are pulled to the side of the back of his/her head by the elastic force of the pieces 74a and 74a, so that saggy regions such as wrinkles and sags on his/her face can be stretched.
