PURPOSE: To display the restoring procedure of an electric power system from a fault in a short time by finding an emergency restoring load quantity and permanent restoring load quantity and storing each restoring procedure in each storing area when a fault occurs.

CONSTITUTION: A load quantity calculating and processing means 37 calculates an emergency restoring load quantity by referring to a load decreasing rate data file 371. A pre-restoration system data file 32 keeps pre-restoration system data by inputting the emergency restoring load quantity calculated by the calculating means 37. An emergency restoring procedure file 351 keeps the emergency restoring procedure prepared by means of an inference engine 31 by referring to a facility data-base 33 which keeps the facility information of an electric power system and knowledge data base 34 which keeps the knowledge about the restoration from a fault. A permanent restoring procedure file 352 keeps the permanent restoring procedure prepared by the engine 31 by inputting the permanent restoring load quantity and referring to the data files 32 and the data-base 33. Therefore, the restoring procedure of the electric power system from a fault can be displayed in a short time.
