To provide shop information management capable of offering sufficiently reliable shop information.

This shop information management device 5 for managing restaurant information about a restaurant is provided with a shop information storage part 12a storing the restaurant information, a shop identifier applying means applying a shop identifier for identifying the restaurant to a restaurant side terminal in the restaurant, and a shop information transmitting means receiving the shop identifier from a user side terminal 7, which obtains the shop identifier by receipt of the shop identifier from the restaurant side terminal 3, of the user using the restaurant and transmitting the restaurant information stored in the shop information storage part 12a to the user side terminal 7.
