The information management supporting device 12 has a directory DB 14, and the directory DB 14 has a personnel master 17 to store employee numbers provided to the employees or the temporary employees and personal information by every employee or temporary employee including information required for access to the DB associated with the employee numbers so as to be connected with the group work management server 10. The information management supporting device 12 manages connection with the DB from the client terminal 23 based on the personnel master 17.
