To provide a device in which a chuck mechanism for holding the subject matter is moved with one moving cylinder that is arranged concentrically with the subject matter and with which the twist of the subject matter is also prevented.

A die 2, a moving frame 4 which has a chuck mechanism 3 and is freely movable forward and backward, and a moving cylinder 5 are provided on a fixed frame 6. The chuck mechanism 3 has a guiding and holding body 8 which is fixed to the moving frame 4, a chuck member 9 which holds the subject matter W by coming into slidable contact with an inclined guide surface 8a of the guiding and holding body 8, and a chuck cylinder 10 for moving the chuck member 9 forward and backward. The chuck cylinder 10 is a cylindrical shape, has an inserting hole H into which the subject matter W is inserted, and is arranged concentrically with the subject matter W, and the top end of a chuck plunger 11 is connected with the chuck member 9. The moving cylinder 5 is a cylindrical shape, has the inserting hole H into which the subject matter W is inserted, and is arranged concentrically with the subject matter W, and the top end of a moving plunger 12 is connected with the moving frame 4.
