The contact lenses 5 held in the contact lens holder 4 are held between electrodes 2 arranged on the cap side and bottom side in the water when the vessel 1 filled with the water is capped. The electrodes 2 on the cap side and the bottom side are respectively connected to the electrodes of a power source section 6 and impress a voltage on the contact lenses 5 from both sides thereof in the water, thereby generating electrolytic water near the contact lenses 5.
