PURPOSE: To carry out attachment and exchange of brushing rolls individually, simply, and easily, by boring a through hole on the front and the rear side plates of a device, attaching detachably a bearing member to support rotatably brushing rolls on a shaft to the peripheral part of the hole.

CONSTITUTION: In case of removal to change the arbitrary roll 1, firstly the chain 39 is removed from the sprocket 37, the fixation between the outside bearing 25 and the inside bearing 29 of the bearing members 13 attached to the front side plate 7 is released by removing the binding member 27, then, the outside bearing 25 of the bearing members 13 attached to the rear side plate 9 is removed from the side plate 9 by removing the binding member 23. The brushing roll 1 is pulled out outward through the through hole 11 of the side plate 9, so that the brushing roll 1 can be removed.
