To easily pull out a device with a caster from an installed place and prevent the device with the caster from running out from the place in an earthquake or the like.
A freely movable caster 81-1 on the bottom surface 75 of an electric device 70 is provided with a lock mechanism 90-1 for suppressing swing and a lock mechanism 100-1 for suppressing running out. When a hinge plate 92 on the rotation side is removed from a permanent magnet 95 in the lock mechanism 90-1 for suppressing swing, a U-shaped lock member 94 locks by sandwitching a main body 85-1 to prevent swing thereof. A hinge plate 102 on the rotation side is released from a permanent magnet 106, then the tip of a supporting arm 104 reaches a floor surface 110 in a lock mechanism 100-1 for suppressing running out. When an electric device 70 moves, a wheel 82-1 is lifted and separated from the floor surface 110, thus the electronic device 70 is prevented from being moved.
