Abstract:
A apparatus is provided for detecting interactions between biomolecules and ligands, the apparatus comprises: a reaction block constituting a reaction system comprising a reaction region including immobilized biomolecules, a supply flow channel connected to the reaction region for supplying a sample solution, and a recovery flow channel connected to the reaction region for recovering the sample solution which passes through at least a part of the reaction region; and a measuring block for measuring streaming potential of the immobilized biomolecules while the sample solution is supplied to the reaction region from the supply flow channel and the sample solution passing through at least a part of the reaction region is collected by the recovery flow channel. Thereby it is possible to detect interactions between a number of biomolecules and ligands at one time.
