Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamine monomer from which a film-forming flexible polyimide resin with a high Tg after curing is obtained.
SOLUTION: The diamine monomer is expressed by general formula (I). Wherein, X is a halogen atom; Y is a divalent group selected from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur, methylene and thiophene; n is an integer of 1 or 2; and m is an integer of 1-5.
