Abstract:
To facilitate molding for manufacturing a diaphragm.
A cylindrical mounted body 30 is molded integrally with a lower end of a piston 28 disposed to each diaphragm part of the diaphragm. A mounting hole 16 to which the mounted body 30 is fitted and mounted is disposed to each drive element 15 of a drive body 12 vertically moving the piston of each diaphragm part. Four of elastically deformable pawls 17 project on a periphery of the mounting hole 16 to face the mounting hole 16.
