Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the sliding and resonance between separate members, and dispense with a housing integrating a storing part of a driving part, a holding part of a filter to filter the fluid, and a tank to temporarily store the discharged fluid with a frame respectively.
CONSTITUTION: In a diaphragm pump, a driving part 15 consists of an oscillator 13 where a permanent magnet 12 is provided on a shaft 11, and an electromagnetic coil 14 arranged on this outer circumference. On the other hand, a diaphragm 16 supported by a pair of casings 2, 3 is connected to both ends of an oscillator 13. As an air chamber 17 is expanded/contracted by the vibration of the oscillator 13, a suction valve 18 and a discharge valve 19 are opened/ closed to pump the fluid(air). In this constitution, a storing part of a driving part 15, a holding part of a filter to filter the fluid, and an air tank 6 to temporarily store the fluid to be discharged are respectively integrated with a frame 1. This constitution prevents the sliding or resonance between separate members, dispenses with a housing, realizes the miniaturization and reduces the cost.
