Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump which disperses a load acting in an axial direction of a driving shaft to reduce wear of a slide part and achieve improvement of durability.SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump includes: a diaphragm 34 having an elastic deformation part 41 forming a pump chamber; a crank body 62 which integrally rotates with a rotary shaft 35 of a motor 32; a driving shaft 63 which is connected to an eccentric position of the crank body 62 at one end and inclines; a driving body 64 which is connected to the other end of the driving shaft 63 and the elastic deformation part 41 and cooperates with the driving shaft 63 to convert rotation into reciprocating-motion; and a pump mechanism (a suction valve 43 and a discharge valve 53) which alternately repeats a state where a fluid is discharged from the pump chamber 42 and a state where the fluid is suctioned into the pump chamber 42 in conjunction with the reciprocating-motion of the driving body 64. An end surface 65 facing the driving body 64 in the crank body 62 and an end surface 68 facing the crank body 62 in the driving body 64 are formed in parallel to each other and slidably contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
