Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm pump capable of reducing noise caused by collision of one end of a shaft portion and a crank body while applying a constitution in which one end of the shaft portion is guided to an eccentric position in assembling.SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump includes a diaphragm 7 having a deformation portion 11 as a part of a wall of a pump chamber 13, and a crank body 31 fixed to a rotating shaft 4 of a motor 2 and having a recessed portion 37 on a position eccentric to an axis of the rotating shaft 4. It further includes a driving body 33 having a shaft portion 46 rotatably engaged with the recessed portion 37 at one end and inclined, and having an arm portion 47 projecting from the shaft portion 46 and connected to the deformation portion 11. Further it includes a pump mechanism 26 alternately repeating a state of discharging a fluid and a state of sucking the fluid in accompany with a reciprocating motion of the driving body 33. The recessed portions 37 are disposed on a plurality of positions separating at prescribed intervals in a rotating direction of the crank body 31. The crank body 31 is provided with an annular recessed groove 35 of which an outer peripheral wall 35b is composed of the plurality of recessed portions 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
