This diaphragm type solenoid valve 100 has a valve seat 2 arranged between a first port 11 and a second port 12 for flowing the fluid, a diaphragm valve 1 having a main valve 1a and cutting off both mutual ports when the main valve 1a contacts with and separates from the valve seat 2, a movable iron core 3 movable in the axial direction, and a solenoid coil 4 arranged around the movable iron core 3 and moving the movable iron core 3 by excitation, and is constituted so that the main valve 1a is directly arranged on the movable iron core 3, and heat generated by the solenoid coil 4 is transmitted to the main valve 1a when operating the movable iron core 3, to thereby efficiently thaw even when the valve seat periphery is frozen.
