Abstract:
To manufacture a good quality cast product while reducing the wear of a plunger tip.
The die casting machine comprises a sleeve, plunger tip 20, plunger rod 30, pressurizing cylinder 60 having a piston 50 and a fastening member 40. In the fastening member 40, the end surface of the plunger rod 30 and the front end surface of the piston 50 are directly or indirectly abutted so as to allow to displace by a prescribed amount in the rectangular direction of mutual aces and prevent the parting in not less than a prescribed distance.
