To reduce the needed space in a die and to enlarge the degree of freedom in the arrangement of a pressurizing bush and an ejecting pin by arranging the ejecting pin for ejecting a product after completing the die opening in the same axis as the pressurizing bush for pressurizing the unsolidified product.
The ejecting pin 2 is arranged at the inside of the pressurizing bush 5 and the pressurizing bush 5 is pressurized with hydraulic pressure. A cavity is formed with the tip part of the ejecting pin 2, the wall surface of a movable insert 6 and the tip part of the pressurizing bush 5, and molten metal is poured into the cavity. When the hydraulic pressure is loaded to a left chamber 10, the force is acted to a pressurizing bush head 9 in the right direction and the pressurizing bush 5 is shifted in the right direction. The tip part 12a of the pressurizing bush pressurizes the thick part in the unsolidified product 14 filled in the cavity to form a product recessed part 15. After solidifying the product 14, a movable main die 7 and the movable insert 6 are separated from a fixed insert 13. The ejecting pin 2 is shifted in the right side through an ejecting rod 1 and the product 14 is separated from the movable insert 6.
