Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting die capable of suppressing clogging of a pressure reduction valve by closing the pressure reduction valve at an accurate timing by bringing a molten metal surely into contact with molten metal detection means.SOLUTION: A die-casting die 100 in which a pressure reduction runner 20 (pressure reduction runner parts 20A, 20B) for connecting a cavity C to a vacuum pump 110 are formed, includes a pressure reduction valve 32 for opening/closing the pressure reduction runner 20, and a molten metal detection sensor 45 provided between the cavity C of the pressure reduction runner 20 and the pressure reduction valve 32. The molten metal detection sensor 45 is provided on a refraction part 20RA where the pressure reduction runner 20 is refracted at an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
