Abstract:
To provide a die coating device capable of forming a plurality of coating parts at once with high position accuracy.SOLUTION: A die coating device 1 includes a first die 11, a second die 10 which is engaged with the first die such that a discharge port for discharging a coating material is formed between the first die and the second die, and a shim 9 sandwiched in layers between the first die and the second die to regulate a flow passage of the coating material, and the die coating device 1 is configured to coat an object with the coating material. The shim is formed with a first flow passage part 13 penetrating in a thickness direction in a part of the object in the width direction and serving as a discharge port of the first coating material, and a second flow passage part 14 partially arranged in the thickness direction on at least one side in the width direction of the object relative to the first flow passage part and serving as a discharge port of the second coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
