To provide a die height adjusting device of a press machine, which adjusts a die height over the whole slide and further corrects the inclination of the slide by adjusting the die height right under a point.

The device is provided with: a wholly driving source 20 for simultaneously driving the whole number of slide adjusting mechanisms 10; a power wholly transmitting means 20A connecting the wholly driving source and the whole number of the slide adjusting mechanisms; a 1st clutch mechanism 24 connecting/disconnecting driving force from the wholly driving source to the slide adjusting mechanisms with the power wholly transmitting means provided between the source and the mechanisms; individually driving sources 30 for individually driving the slide adjusting mechanisms; a power individually transmitting means 30A individually connecting the slide adjusting mechanisms and the individually driving sources; and a 2nd clutch mechanism connecting/disconnecting driving force from the individually driving sources to the slide adjusting mechanisms with the power individually transmitting means provided between the sources and the mechanisms.
