Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically check a mistake in setting a die by individually rotate upper part/lower part turrets and recognizing a die and a punch arranged to lower part/upper part turret stations with a die/punch image pickup unit arranged to the upper/lower turrets.
SOLUTION: Plural stations 15, 17 are arranged to upper part/lower part of turrets 11, 13. CCD cameras 19, 21 are arranged to one station out of the stations 15, 17, and a punch P and a die D are mounted to the other station. A work is worked by the punch P and the die D. At a state the upper part turret 11 stops, the lower turret 13 is rotated. By the CCD camera 19 arranged to the upper die 11, a shape, size, direction, and wear state, etc., of the die D mounted to the lower part turret are inspected. The punch P of the upper turret 11 is inspected by the CCD camera 21 in the same way.
