Abstract:

PURPOSE: To accelerate bonding by high frequency heating by a method wherein adhesive interlining cloth is impregnated with aqueous solution in which surfactant, glycerol, sodium nitrite are mixed in advance at their respective specific parts to 100 parts of water so that the weight of the aqueous solution increases by several percent and then dried naturally until it takes several percent, and then made to stand and dried.

CONSTITUTION: NaNO2 is applied as electrolyte having large electric conductivity, aqueous solution containing glycerol as well as surfactant is sprayed to the surface of bonding interlining cloth coated with adhesives until the weight of the bonding interlining cloth increases by 30W50% and then the water content is reduced by not air, etc. to obtain interlining cloth of 3W4% larger in weight than the raw fabric. Thus, bonding speed increases according to the temperature rise by high frequency heating of the interlining cloth. Di-2-ethyl-hexylsulfosuccinic sodium is used as surfactant. Surfactant 0.3W0.5, glycerol 1.0W2.5, NaNO2 2W2.5 are blended to water 100.
