To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition that has a large dielectric constant , a temperature coefficient of a resonance frequency τf close to 0, and a large Q value, by compounding a ceramic compound that has a temperature coefficient of a resonance frequency τf large in a positive side and a ceramic compound that has a temperature coefficient of a resonance frequency τf large in a negative side.
A Li2O-R2O3-TiO2 based composition is made to contain a specific amount of Bi2O3 to improve its dielectric constant and made to contain a specific amount of MO (M: one kind or two of Ca and Sr) to shift τf to a positive side and remarkably improve Qf. Furthermore, the composition is made to contain MO (M: one kind or two of Ca and Sr) and besides a specific amount of Na2O so that, especially regarding the material of r>150, τf can be controlled close to 0 while keeping Qf value high.
