To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which has a temperature coefficient τf of resonance frequency close to zero and provides a very high Qf product suitable for a dielectric filter.

The dielectric porcelain composition contains, as main components, ZrO2, SnO2 and TiO2 in following compositional ratios (wt.%): 36%<ZrO2<48%, 14%<SnO2<26%, and 37%<TiO2<41%, and further contains three kinds of additives comprising, by weight, >0.1 and <0.5% La2O3, >0.1 and <0.5% NiO, and >0.1 and <0.5% Ta2O5, based on the total weight of the main components.
