Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily adjust a coupling coefficient between a coupling body and the dielectric resonator continuously while observing a waveform or the like displayed on a measurement device.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric resonator 3 is arranged in shield cases 1, 2 and signal input/output connectors 5a, 5b are fitted to the case and one end of metallic plates 7a, 7b as an elastic probe is connected and fixed to center conductors 6a, 6b of the connectors and screw members 8a, 8b screw-fitted to the case are pressed into contact around the other end of the metallic plates 7a, 7b. Thus, since the probe in the case is deformed by turning the screws fitted to the case while one end of the probe is connected and fixed to the center conductor of the connector, the coupling coefficient is adjusted while not disassembling the dielectric resonator without removing the cover forming part of, e.g. the shield case and continuous characteristic is adjusted while measuring the characteristic.
