Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER-SUPPLY APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3309622
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To match the phase of the output current of an inverter and that of its output voltage so as to perform an operation at a power factor of 1 and to take synchronization even when a phase is different over a wide range in a high-frequency power-supply apparatus in which high-frequency power which is always in a resonance state by controlling an inverter is supplied to a load comprising an LCR series resonance circuit in a high-frequency circuit such as a tank circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An output frequency is detected by a frequency detection circuit 7 on the basis of the output current of an inverter 22, the frequency between the output frequency and a reference-frequency setting circuit 1 is converted into a voltage by an F/V conversion circuit 9, the voltage is given as a correction signal for a reference frequency control operation, and the output frequency of an inverter matches a detection frequency. Then, the output current phase of the inverter 22 and an inverter driving phase are detected from a current detection circuit 6 and a gate circuit 4, their phase difference is found by a phase control circuit 11 so as to be input to a second comparison circuit 10 as a correction signal, and the phase of the output voltage of the inverter matches the phase of an output power supply.
