Abstract:
To provide a small dielectric waveguide type resonant component with good product yield capable of fine-tuning the resonance frequency even if there is a slight dimensional deviation in a component.SOLUTION: A dielectric waveguide type resonant component includes a dielectric block having a first surface and a second surface located on opposite sides of each other, a plurality of sidewall surfaces located between the outer edge of the first surface and the outer edge of the second surface, and a recess provided in the first surface, and a conductor film formed on the outer surface of the dielectric block and the inner wall of the recess. The dielectric waveguide type resonant component has a non-metalized portion with the conductor film removed. The non-metalized portion is provided in at least one region of at least a portion of the region of the bottom of the recess, a region containing at least a portion of the outer edge of the opening of the recess, and at least a portion of the region of the second face, opposite the bottom of the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
