Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier capable of enhancing the responsibility of an output to an input, immediately after start or immediately before termination of a transient state.SOLUTION: A differential amplifier comprises: a differential stage that has a differential pair configured to include a first transistor having a control electrode connected with a first input node and a second transistor having a control electrode connected with a second input node; and a constant current source connected with one main electrode of the first transistor and one main electrode of the second transistor. The differential amplifier further comprises: a third transistor having a control electrode connected with the first input node, one main electrode connected with the constant current source, and the other main electrode connected with a first current supply part; and a fourth transistor having a control electrode connected with the second input node, one main electrode connected with the constant current source, and the other main electrode connected with a second current supply part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
