This differential driver has a drive housing of which a differential carrier 14 is rotatably supported around the longitudinal axial line A , side shaft gears 18, 19 supported so that they can rotate around the longitudinal axial line A for the differential carrier 14, and a differential gear 22 supported inside the differential carrier rotatably around an axial line R extending in the radial direction for the longitudinal axial line A and engaged with the side shaft gears 18, 19 to rotate together with the differential carrier 14. At that time, the differential carrier 14 coaxially extends for the longitudinal axial line A and accordingly, it is rotatably supported inside the side shaft gears 18, 18. The side shaft gears 18, 19 are sequentially rotatably supported inside the drive housing.
