To develop a degerming agent against pylori bacteria, suppressing the fixation of a pylori bacterium on the gastric mucosa and its growth, preventing the occurrence of gastritis or stomach duodenal ulcer, and effective and safe for treating such diseases.

An enzymatic preparation containing an enzyme as an active ingredient and capable of removing Helicobacter pylori from the stomach or the duodenum.
